Please read these Terms of Service carefully before ordering an SEO audit. By requesting an audit, you agree to be bound by the terms outlined below. These terms establish a legally binding agreement between you as a client and Pro SEO Audits.
1. Who We Are
Pro SEO Audits is a sole proprietorship owned and operated by Omar Er-Kabi, an independent SEO consultant based in Morocco. All references to "we," "us," or "the consultant" refer to Omar Er-Kabi. You can contact us directly by email at omarerkabi237@hotmail.com.
2. Services Offered
We offer three tiers of website SEO audit services: the Basic SEO Audit, the Standard SEO Audit, and the Advanced SEO Audit. Each tier is defined by its inclusions, price point, and turnaround window as advertised on our homepage. These services are limited strictly to analysis and recommendation; implementation of findings is not included under standard audit pricing.
3. Scope and Deliverable
The sole deliverable of each tier is a manual website audit report provided in a digital PDF format. This report contains plain-English evaluations of specific website pages or structures (depending on the plan selected), a severity rating for found issues, and a prioritized checklist of actionable fixes. The scope of each audit is determined by the selected tier and the specific URL provided by the client during initial correspondence.
4. Ordering and Payment
The ordering process starts when you send an email enquiry containing your website URL and desired plan. Once we verify the scope, we will email you a PayPal invoice denominated in US Dollars (USD). The contract between the client and the consultant is officially formed, and work begins, only upon receipt of full payment of the invoice. No credit terms or partial payments are accepted.
5. Turnaround Times
Turnaround times are estimated based on business days (excluding weekends and public holidays in Morocco). Estimates are: 2 business days for Basic, 3 business days for Standard, and 5 business days for Advanced audits. These timelines are non-binding if the client's website is unusually large or complex, or if access/clarifications are delayed by the client. We will communicate any expected adjustments to turnaround time before invoicing.
6. Client Responsibilities
You are responsible for providing the correct, active website URL and any requested content context promptly. If we require specific data or read-only search console access to fulfill the selected audit tier, you agree to grant this access in a timely manner. We are not responsible for delivery delays caused by the client's failure to provide accurate info or necessary digital access.
7. No Ranking or Traffic Guarantees
Search engine optimization outcomes depend on a vast number of dynamic algorithms and external factors beyond our control, including competitor behavior and client implementation speed. Therefore, Pro SEO Audits makes no guarantees, either express or implied, regarding search engine rankings, search engine indexation, traffic improvements, or revenue generation resulting from the audit recommendations.
8. Intellectual Property
Upon payment in full, the client is granted a perpetual, non-exclusive license to use, copy, and modify the final deliverable PDF report for their internal business purposes. The consultant retains ownership of the underlying research methods, document templates, and design layouts. We reserve the right to reference anonymized, aggregated findings from the audit in our marketing or sample materials, unless the client explicitly requests absolute exclusion in writing.
9. Confidentiality
We agree to keep all custom credentials, internal business stats, and unpublished data shared by you strictly confidential. We will not share, sell, or publish client data to third parties, except as required to fulfill invoicing through PayPal or to comply with applicable tax and legal laws.
10. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, the consultant's total aggregate liability for any claims, damages, losses, or causes of action arising out of or related to our services will be strictly capped at the total fee actually paid by the client for the specific audit in question. Under no circumstances will we be liable for indirect, special, incidental, or consequential losses, including but not limited to loss of traffic, ranking decreases, lost profits, or data corruption.
11. Termination and Refunds
You may request cancellation and a full refund at any time before audit work has officially commenced. Once we begin analysis or review of your site, the fee is non-refundable. Please review our complete, binding Refund Policy for exact terms, refund processing windows, and coordinator details.
12. Governing Law and Disputes
These Terms of Service are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Morocco. In the event of a dispute, client and consultant agree to seek a good-faith resolution via email discussions first. If a resolution cannot be reached informally, any legal actions or proceedings must be filed exclusively in the courts of Morocco holding jurisdiction over the consultant's place of business.
13. Changes to These Terms
We reserves the right to update these terms at any time. Any changes will be posted directly to this URL, and the "Last updated" date at the top will be updated accordingly. Continued communication or booking of services following the publication of changes indicates your acceptance of the revised terms.
