Refund Policy

1. Plain Summary of Eligibility

Our refund guidelines are straightforward:

• Before Work Begins: You are eligible for a 100% full refund at any time if our analysis work has not started.
• After Work Begins: Once audit research and review work has commenced, the fee becomes non-refundable. This is because the service involves manual labor that cannot be reclaimed once performed.

2. How "Started" Is Defined

"Started" is defined as the point at which the consultant has initiated manual indexing checks, page inspections, crawl analysis, or document compilation for your specific website URL. This process typically begins within one business day of PayPal payment clearance.

3. How to Request a Refund

To request a cancellation and refund, please email us directly at omarerkabi237@hotmail.com. Please write "Refund Request" in your subject line and include your name, invoice number, and website URL. If eligible, refunds are processed back to the original PayPal account within five business days of approval.

4. Consultant-Initiated Exceptions

If we are unable to produce the deliverable due to reasons entirely attributable to the consultant (for instance, prolonged personal illness, hardware failures, or critical scheduling conflicts), we will contact you immediately and issue a 100% full refund. This applies regardless of what stage of research the audit is in.

5. Disputes and Chargebacks

We ask that you contact us directly by email to resolve any issues or concerns you have regarding your invoice or report before opening a dispute or chargeback on PayPal. Most concerns can be resolved quickly and in good faith via direct email correspondence.
